Sian completed Orange Collective trainings in 2022/3 alongside 121 Reflective Practice sessions with Polly and Branwen, in her role as Engagement and Digital Director at Vincent Dance Theatre. Sian instigated and co-ordinated the delivery of Peer Support Workshops at New England House between 2023 and 2025, this led to her supporting Orange Collective more closely. Sian is currently delivering the Peer Support sessions at Brighton Youth Centre
